Roger's ToolBox started with a simple idea: spend less time building the same Photoshop workflows over and over, and more time working on the image itself.

After more than a decade of working professionally with Photoshop, I've learned that the best tools aren't necessarily the ones with the most features. They're the ones that make the everyday workflow faster, clearer and more intuitive.

I built Roger's ToolBox around techniques I use in my own photography and retouching — removing repetitive setup while keeping the workflow non-destructive and the creative decisions in your hands.

Compatibility

Roger's ToolBox v1.0.0 is currently tested and supported on macOS. It has been developed and tested with Adobe Photoshop 27.8.0 using Adobe's UXP plugin platform.

Roger's ToolBox is built on Adobe's cross-platform UXP architecture. Windows compatibility has not yet been officially verified.

Download the plugin package and follow the installation guide included with your purchase.

Using the tools

Roger’s ToolBox includes Frequency Separation, Dodge & Burn, Orton Glow and Luminosity Masks. For best results, work on a copy of your document and save your work before applying an effect.

Troubleshooting

If a tool does not work as expected, restart Photoshop and try it on a new RGB document. If the issue persists, please contact support with your operating system, Photoshop version, the tool you were using and a screenshot of any error message.
