Velocity Study VI - Fine Art Print
Velocity Study VI is part of The First Release of Velocity Studies — The Art of Speed.
A Formula 2 car moves through the frame at speed, its low silhouette held against a circuit transformed by motion.
The exposed wheels, aerodynamic surfaces and compact proportions create a very different visual language from the road and GT cars elsewhere in the collection. Yet the principle behind the photograph remains the same: follow the subject through the exposure and allow the surroundings to begin disappearing.
Here, the track becomes a sequence of horizontal lines while the car remains the visual anchor — a brief moment of precision within an environment in motion.
Velocity Study VI is less about documenting a race car and more about capturing the sensation that surrounds it: speed, direction and momentum compressed into a single frame.
Collector’s Edition
Velocity Study VI is produced in a strictly limited edition of only 10 prints worldwide.
Image size: 90 × 50 cm
Paper size: 100 × 70 cm
Paper: Archival-quality 250 gsm fine art paper
Finish: Matte, uncoated, natural white
Edition: 10 worldwide
Artist signature: Printed in the lower right margin
Certificate of Authenticity: Numbered digital certificate sent by email
Framing: Not included
Printed on acid-free, age-resistant fine art paper with minimal or no optical brighteners, chosen for its natural surface and long-term colour stability.
The 100 × 70 cm sheet includes additional white space surrounding the 90 × 50 cm artwork. This gives your framer flexibility when presenting the print. The margin can be incorporated into a passepartout or professionally trimmed to approximately 100 × 60 cm, creating an even 5 cm white border around the artwork.
The print is supplied unframed and carefully rolled for shipping. Framing is intentionally left to the collector, allowing the artwork to be presented in a way that suits the space and personal style. For the best result, I recommend working with a local professional framer.
Each print is accompanied by a numbered digital Certificate of Authenticity, sent by email after purchase. The certificate confirms the artwork title, edition number and authenticity of the print.
Once all ten examples have been sold, this edition will be permanently closed.
Custom dimensions may be available on request. Any custom print remains part of the same edition of ten.
